Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Workover (HWO) Supervisor to oversee and manage HWO operations in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in workover operations, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise all aspects of hydraulic workover operations in Latin America.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations specific to the region.
  • Manage a team of technicians and specialists, providing leadership and guidance.
  • Coordinate the installation, operation, and maintenance of HWO equipment.
  • Liaise with other departments, clients, and external parties for smooth operations.
  • Monitor operation progress, addressing any deviations or challenges effectively.
  • Maintain quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Offer technical expertise and problem-solving solutions during operations.
  • Achieve cost-effective and efficient execution of workover projects.
  • Stay abreast of regional industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HWO operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HWO systems and well control practices.
  • Familiarity with Latin American industry regulations and environmental guidelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varied working conditions and schedules.
  • Well Control certification (e.g., IWCF) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
