Basic Requirements for ALL Offshore roles:
- OPITO Offshore certification
- Seaman’s Discharge Book (preferred)
- STCW and other offshore certifications
- Vaccination Book (COVID + Yellow Fever)
- ID card
- Passport
- Undergo a Drug & Alcohol screening and full medical for TB, OGUK and ENG1
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all crew change operations.
- Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
- Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
- Reviewing, preparing, and auditing personnel mobilization reports
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of crew
- Addressing and resolving logistical issues
- Liaising and negotiating with other operations departments like recruitment, finance etc. to achieve cross-functional objectives
- Providing updates to management via reporting tools
Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree in business administration, logistics or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics management required.
- Working knowledge of legal regulations and ISO requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- For offshore placement, all relevant certifications (BOSIET etc.)
