• Promote and maintain safety within own team and area, and encourage similar practices among others.
  • Oversee all operational aspects, collaborating with the Production Unit Leadership team to prioritise tasks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate the creation and management of essential operational systems and procedures, ensuring safe and effective initiation and functioning of offshore facilities.
  • Foster the development of team members to their fullest potential.
  • Advocate for the use of best practices in production operations and ensure the implementation and effective application of continuous improvement processes.
  • Supply necessary information for the update of all Key Performance Indicators, and contribute to setting, achieving, and exceeding monthly departmental goals and objectives.
  • Engage actively in the Producing Operations Best Practices initiative to enhance operations and teamwork.

Required Skills

  • Guidelines governing the operations of offshore oil and gas facilities.
  • A decade of experience in operations and engineering, including previous roles in supervision or supervisory support.
  • Broad expertise in marine, process, utilities, safety, and lifesaving systems, along with a critical competency in Operations Integrity.
  • Experience in the Production Operations Department and knowledge of current activities.

Reporting to Production Manager

This is a staff role on a 28/28 rotation.

Education Required

B.S or Higher; Engineering or related science based degree.
